Earrings

This week’s red flag is brought to you by the letter E!  E stands for earrings, but applies to all piercings.   There was a time where they may have enhanced your dateablility, but that was circa 1999 and it’s time to put it away.  Trust me.  …I even do a double take when I can still see the holes.  Probably too judgemental  of me.  Just being honest.  I will work on it.

ick.

**Disclaimer: Red flags are not always deal breakers.  They mean to serve as a point in which you should stop and ask yourself, “Does this signify a deeper problem?”  Red flags are also limited to things people choose to do, not things in which they have no control over.

Here’s the thing, when I first met Chris (my husband) he had pierced ears. It was kind of a sad day when he became a “grown up” and took them out but your right that was in 2000! But the thing that really drives me NUTS are ear plugs. I just don’t get them. I mean you will have like massive holes in your ears. I wish someone could explain what is even sort of cool about them!

    • I get what you are saying. The earrings did represent a stage of life for a lot of guys. One I’m sure they are all a bit sad to say goodbye to. Either way- very glad you married Chris. He’s awesome and an honorary Johnson!

I like plugs! Not the huge dangley ones but I think they are hot. I don’t really know why I think that. If Tim had bigger lobes I think he would look great with some plugs but he has tiny ears. I think everyone should just be there self even if it isn’t “cool” or it is “out of style.” I dig a guy with the confident to “F” cool and be who they want to be even if it means they will not look like everyone else.
